When Someone With Anxiety Says They Are Tired

What it means when someone with anxiety says they are tired:

~ Physical symptoms such as cold sweats, heart palpitations, trembling, dizziness and breathing difficulties are causing them pain.

~ They are tired of having to live with their own mind constantly replaying their worst memories and worries.

~ They are sick of anxiety disrupting their body so they need to pee and poo constantly.

~ They are tired of trying to read other people's minds to guess if they are judging them for being anxious.

~ They are tired of pretending to be okay so their worries don't ruin the mood for others.

~ They no longer want to dissociate all the time as a response to panic attacks.

~ They are tired of their mind picking up on every little sign as a red flag.

~ They often hate themselves for being anxious for literally no reason.

~ They are tired of asking people for validation all the time when they know others find it irritating.

~ They are sick of how snappy anxiety makes them be which makes them feel guilty when they get angry at loved ones.

~ They are tired of having severe insomnia from the rumination, fears and nightmares their mind gives them at night.

~ They hate how lonely they are because social anxiety makes them self-isolate from others even when they want connection.
