Number 2, Shirts, Soap, And Water

I've been seeing the number 2 often for days now. I know it's coincidence, but it makes me think there is a reason at times - a sign of something. A sign of what I don't know. In spiritual terms it means duality, balance, and partnership. None of that seems to fit my life right now however.
Ordered new shirts, and they just got here. They fit great and are good quality. I've ordered from this company before and was satisfied then as well. When I get some more money, I'll get more of them - my shirts are all getting rather old. Also got new undies and they fit perfect - 6 pack was $34.58. The undies are Fruit of the Loom and I always am happy with the brand. The shirts are Gildan G2000 - 2 pack is $24.99 although I got a discount on them. I recently paid off a large bill $255 and paid off some debts - so I'm screwed for money right now. If you could donate and would like to see the donation link in the navigation bar. The sink literally filled with soap suds, and I'm allergic to the soap. It's been backing up like this for some time now and they did not fix it when they where here it seems. 2 ideas, one that the vent stack may be blocked and that a person above me is using a lot too much soap in their sink (this is obvious from the amount of suds). It's really a bother and takes a great deal of my time and a great deal of water to get it all washed down. It's all part of the joy of a 50 year old building.
About a year ago, I recycled a vodka bottle for having cold water in the fridge and it works great. The fridge is set to about 10C and it comes out very nice and cool. On a day where it's 30C outside, it comes in handy and is refreshing. I am super thirsty today for some reason as well.

Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disability (SAID) is the program that is supposed to be helping me as a disabled person to survive. Yesterday (Aug 29, 2024) I was supposed to get paid by them directly into my bank account. It never showed up and I have literally no idea on earth why this is happening to me. I emailed the minster of social services and asked them to get someone to call me and explain so I can fix this. This was at 3 AM give or take and  I got a reply that someone would phone me. Well, no one phoned me yesterday and right not it's 10:45 am and no call at all from them. I have no idea if I'm cut off and facing homelessness or I just need to give them some information they want to continue my benefits. Meanwhile, I have 21 cents in the bank and a maxed out credit card. I can't buy food to feed myself, and no one in the government gives a darn about this at all. A Good Day For a Change (AKA Coffee Outing)

The usual Thursday event yesterday, we went out on the north service road for coffee. It's a truck stop, but it's a big sized restaurant. I don't go out there any other day or time, so I don't have any idea if it has a time when there are a lot of people in it. But when we go, there is almost no one else in there. I have to say $3.85 for a Pop (Pepsi) is nuts, but coffee is the same price, and their coffee makes me ill - everyone else is fine with it, just not me. However the pop only gets one refill, not unlimited like the coffee does. I'll talk about the strange bill below. In any event, there was a new face at coffee when I got there. I'd met the fellow before, and he is nice to talk to. The one guy who has been going for years has not been there the last 2 times, and I'm totally OK with this. Well I Got Drunk

OOPS. I accidently got drunk. OK I went out of my way to get drunk. Sigh. This is not cool at all. But I did drink it nice and slow so I did not hurt myself. The problem with the time I did get hurt is I drank it very fast and blacked out. When I cam too that time, I was on the floor and could not stand up. Thankfully the lady down the hall heard me calling for help and called and ambulance for me. What can I say. I made a choice to get booze with the money a YouTube friend sent me and I drank the entire thing. I am obviously not able to be responsible with booze at all. But I do say I enjoyed the hell out of it. I'm talking 10/10 fun. OK maybe 8/10. It was on sale or normally it would have been more money. My normal drink was Alberta Premium, but this is nicer and was on sale for not much more money.
