I Miss My Family

Dad was in the military as a gunner, then he became a police officer in North Battlford, then in Regina, then finally here in Moose Jaw. He spent a total of 32 years as a police officer. He died in 1992, as of this post, 32 years ago. He taught me many things that I carried with me to this day. Who I am is mostly because of my Dad.
My mom was very close to me. She was like a best friend in the day. I will always miss her. She has been gone 12 years now. In her day, when she met Dad, she was an operator and switchboard operator. Before that, she was a teacher. When I was adopted by my parents, she was a lab tech in the hospital, testing blood. Later she became an EKG tech in the same hospital.

My brother was not the greatest person I've ever known. His only job ever was being in the army. He was always selfish and an alcoholic (I am as well), later he became hooked on hard drugs. It's how he died, he was locked up in a mental hospital for months then when he got out he over dosed and that was the end of him. Although he kind of sucked as a person, I still miss him.
