Just a quick one. I do love music and when I'm having a great cup of coffee it's the pinacol of my existence. Today was a good one, and the massive pain I'm in did not seem to effect me that much for at least a while.  

Was in terrible pain last night and listening to music on the headphones and checked the time "12:34" so I screenshot that puppy. I Shot The Sheriff was playing at the time. In the background you see some of my art. So I went to the ER and spent about 4 hours in the waiting room as they where slammed when I got there. When I got in I was looked at for an hour and a half and sent home with a prescription for medication I can't afford. I find it interesting that if it's NOT narcotics, then they are NOT covered (pain meds). Yet every last time they gave me a scrip for narcotics, it was covered no problem. Sigh. Even if I told them I'd rather not have narcotics. Got to wonder how there started to be a big problem with people addicted to pain meds eh? Yup for 3 days of pain meds it would have been just over $58. Like holly cow man! So I just told them "I can't afford it" and walked out. So I'm still in hellish pain, but that is life. I find it interesting how many times I get some model looking woman (scam account) following with literally 1 photo posted 4 days ago and following 5000 others LOL. Man if these bots had any intelligence, they would notice I'm following only over sized gay men on that one LOL. But not a clue they will ever have and blocked they will be. The other thing is, just like my nudism blog, I'm 110% sure a couple of people why make it their entire life to follow my every move, are not only seeing every post, but saving them to wank too later LOL. This is my favorite pendant. I found out it's supposed to have the name of the elements on it. LOL. You can seem something on the elements there, but they don't look like words in any language I know. I've seen others that have them clearly on it. I am guessing mine is a knock off, I only paid $2 for it and that was with free shipping - yes it came from China. Do like the Ankh at the top.  

Was low and only had one serving of my bean mix, so I made a bunch of extra veggies to go with it. The thing with these split lentils is, they suck up all the moisture. There was crushed tomatoes in the mix then they sucked up the moisture and turned to mush. Bit it did me for the day. Today my back and legs are killing me, so I'm going to be just cooking some veggies with sauce and calling it food for the day. With luck tomorrow I will be able to cook a couple days of bean mix for myself, but not today. The beans need to be looked after, they can't be left on the stove like the veggies can, so I have to stand to long. In any event, it's what needs to be done.  

I don't know man... I keep waking up with new holes in me the last while. I think the aliens are doing things to me in my sleep. But seriously, this is 4 days in a row I notice something like this all shinny a new when I get up in the morning. I also tend to get large bruises in my sleep. One of them on my side was 8 inches. How the hell do I get a giant bruise on my in my sleep like that? Oh well, at least I did not wake up dead.  

I have one of those brains that likes patterns. I also have a think for the number 88. I have no idea why, but I have seen the number 88 pop up in my life very many times. The last 10 or 11 times I've done my morning look at the phone, it's been at 88% battery life after. I charge it at night then unplug it when I sleep. Many times in the morning it's at 88% (one reason I need a new one - battery is crapping out). BTW when I first got this phone and charged then unplugged it, it would be at 96% in the morning. So yeah, it's a bit worse for wear. But hay, I've done probably 1000 videos on it and am an extremely heavy user.

I've had an office 365 subscription for many years now. To be honest I use Google Docs 30X more than word, but I got it for the 1TB of cloud storage. It's a source I trust and I don't need anything on my PC that is extra, it just does it for me. On my phone the OneDrive app is a bit flaky but it will do I guess. Microsoft Defender is the "level up" from Windows Defender that comes with windows 10 and 11. This is something you can install from the app store on your PC, Android device, or iOS device. You can protect all your devices with the same virus protection and you can even share your security status with family members if you desire. This is no extra charge, it is just an addon to Office 365 subscriptions. So far I'm liking it, however on the phone I do NOT like having the only access to it, in my notification bar. I would like to not have the icon showing 24/7 on the phone and instead be totally in the background and if I want to interact, click an icon ...

Two days ago I did the laundry at 6am. This did NOT make me immune to someone coming in and using Gain laundry soap and driving me out of the room. I like to be with my laundry as in another building I had issues with people taking stuff on me. But I have a lot of chemical sensitivities and Gain is about the worst of them. It used to be Tide, but they seem to have made it way less harsh. Most people use Gain for no valid reason. It's hard on your skin, and expensive as heck. I use a good for the environment soap that is made for Real Canadian Superstore, called "No Name Free and Clear". It's at the time of this post about $4.95 for 2030ml (2.03L). That is a great deal of soap and you don't need any more than the regular brands. It is not harsh on you or the planet. Well here I am sitting in my big comfy chair high as can be on THC gummies. LOL. So I got 8 10mg gummies given to me and I munched down 4 of them (40mg). Well, that was about enough for a very good evening. I tell you I had almost no pain at all and the music seemed to be a hell of a lot more enjoyable... and well... everything was funny for a while there. You have to realize edibles here are limited to 10mg each, even if that's not so strong. These things are expensive, but the person who gave them to me, did not at all like the feeling, so in my mouth they went. It was a good break from the worries of the world for about 4 or 5 hours, and I had a great sleep last night for a change. Yea, I'm nude in this photo. If you want to see my nudist blog, it is HERE . This is Fluffykins. He is a rather large stuffed toy cat. He is also one of the softest things I've ever touched. I searched "Pusheen" on Amazon and he  came up. It's not related to the Pusheen universe, but it's a fun toy. He sits beside me on a chair that is next to the big comfy chair I sit in to watch TV. A friend really likes to cuddle this toy when she comes over. This is not my "support stuffy", just a fun thing to decorate the room with, but I do enjoy having him around. I think he was less than $10 on Amazon if I can remember. I don't think he would stand up to being played with a lot, but it's soft to hole and looks nice. The face does look a bit unimpressed however.  

It's true you know. I used to be full on into kink at one time in my life. I liked to be tied up and abused. Now with the level of disability I have it's very much a bother to do any play time. That and I have drifted away for so long, I no longer know anyone in the kink scene other than a friend of a friend. There is one kink I rather enjoy that does not involve being tied up or spanked. Well what can I say about these. They tasted great, but my broken body did NOT like them as much as my mouth did. I have literally never hit the toilet so dang much in my entire life. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER for a while there. Burning fire hell super poops are not fun at all. I'm rather sure it's not the chips in general as a million other people eat them with no issues, it's just me. My body can't tolerate some chemicals and I guess one of those chemicals is in these chips. None of the other chips in this brand make me sick at all, just this exact one. I did not look before I tossed them out, but there is an acidic chemical they use in the industry to make things hot and spicy. To be honest it did not quite taste right and the heat did seem to be chemical in nature. But I did not realize it was going to about kill me. Honestly, I'd give these a 6/10 for taste. The could be a bit more cheese tasting, but they where yummy enough for $2 a bag.  

I don't ware any of them anymore, so I'm going to put them out for others to have. There is also a cross that is the same color as the skull, I don't wear it obviously. The cross I'll take to coffee and see if a friend wants it. I'll be keeping my pentagrams though, they mean a lot to me, even if I don't put them on often.

 Been using Jigsaws Galore for many years and started with Version 6 and Now use Version 7. I've played thousands of puzzles on it over the years. I started in the old news group days in the early 2000's. I've not kept track of most of them, but for the last few years, I have kept a record and this is it below. I recently sorted things a little and broke down the Animals folder into 2 sperate folders of quick to play puzzles. I also added a third Animals folder for future puzzles (it now has 3 in it) that will all be 150 Piece or about.

OK, never ever, use a scrubby on the inside of your Moka pot reservoir. This is what happens if you do. 15 month old pot on the left, new on on the right. It won't stay shinny for long. Also expect a smell the first couple of times you use it. It's a Zulay BTW. $21 on Amazon here in Canada. They make extremely good coffee. Always use espresso beans and fine grind. Grind your own is best, but out of the bag Lavazza is awesome and in Canada it's about $4.50 a bag on Amazon. Inspect inside everything before using. As you notice, there is a bit of cardboard in in the bottom part. BTW, never fill the bottom part past the valve on the side. Just under that is fine. Coffee to about 70% full and tamped down, but not to compressed. If you get a stirring tool for the grounds, it makes a bit nicer coffee.
