GET RID OF WINDOWS EXPERIENCE SCREEN ON STARTUP
Open settings. Select system, then Notifications & Actions. Uncheck the box that says "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested.
Then this waste of time annoyance will be gone.
Might want to uncheck "Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use windows" as well. There is also a toggle at the bottom of the page called "Suggested" to turn off if you like.
