6 MONTH HEALTHY EATING CHALLENGE
In 2020 I intend to have none of the following things until July 1:
Pizza.
Pop (Example: Coke, Pepsi).
Sugary snacks.
Hard booze (wine is OK in moderation).
Beer.
Limited to 2 bags of chips a week.
No fast food like burgers or fries.
As well New Years Eve I'll be not drinking at all.
Basically stick to the veggie diet for 6 months. Coffee and Tea is OK of course - can't live without them. Only animal products I will be having are cheese, eggs and chicken when I can get them for cheep or free.
So today is going to be my last drunk for a some time, unless I forget or fall off the wagon.

ReplyDeleteI realize that fully. I just had a year if falling off the cart over and over. So I'm hoping I stuck to it.
