WHEN I COOK 2 DAYS OF MEALS READY TO EAT (BEAN DIET)

 This is chicken and pork chopped up small.
 1 can white kidney beans, 3 cans red.
 2 large cans stewed tomatoes and the red curry I use and some herbs. Mix well.
Topped with 4 cups of frozen veggies. Don't stir them in, let them sit on top. Cook on high for 3 hours to make sure the chicken and ham are cooked all the way. If you like leave the veggies off then toss them in at 3 hours and cook for a 4th hour - to make darn certain the meat is cooked.

Makes 6 servings.
