THE BEANS ARE MADE FOR 5 MORE DAY
5 more days worth of bean mix in the fridge today. I love my slow cooker. There was mostly chick peas and 2 days of lentils. All of them 2 large cans of beans, a large can of tomatoes and 2 cups of mixed veggies. When I stick to it, it works. I've lost a bunch of weight, but this last year has been a struggle. Oh well, I'm slowly doing down some more. Spice is the key - spice them a bit different every time and you don't get all too bored of them. But yeah it gets dull - this is why you need a cheat day. Unfortunately I over do that some times.
