 Kind of amazing I list 4 LBS because I was a bit bad. I had this triple burger and 3 doughnuts. I also had a bit of pizza and some wings that week. But it was not a great deal of pizza. Still thought at best it would be only 1lb if not going up a bit. It's interesting this happens some times and other times you stick to the plan and up you go a bit instead of losing. It just happens some times.

 BTW. Got a headache from the beef as I always do. But it was so darn good and I enjoyed the hell out of it. But have to be good the rest of the month as I don't have enough "fun money" to get any big treats at all. I have $64 left for the rest of the month for everything. Being I still need batteries and some Icy Hot, this don't leave me with a great deal - but I have coffee money for the rest of the month.
