And Mondays shopping list, just because.

When I realized that due to government cut backs on disability I would have to move into subsidized housing, I though "oh hell this will suck". I had no idea that I would end up in the best place I have lived other than at home with my folks. I have been in many places over the years and all of them had one thing in common, they where loud and full of people I would rather not be around. This place is very quiet. Yes there are a couple of people that rub me the wrong way, but I don't think the cops will be showing up for them. In other placed there was always somebody who had the cops at their door over and over again. There was also people making a hell of a lot of noise in the middle of the night keeping me awake and so on. Here it's dead quiet after 9 pm. Mental note, need to order meds on Monday. Should have done it yesterday, but oh well. I noticed today I only have 5 days worth of meds for next week, so I have to order more. Normally I order in advance just to make sure - now and then they don't have the one in and I have to wait several days. But with luck I can get them in right away on Monday. They don't deliver on weekends you see. So I would have to go and wait for them then come home. This would require getting a ride there and I don't want to bother someone just to go get my meds when I can get delivery in 2 days. I'm rather lucky as the one med works very well for me. Some others in the same boat as me can't stay that. They are left with the same problem as before the meds, just slightly less of it.   I have YouTube music on all my devices now and will at the start of next month have it as my paid streaming service. The paid allows me to use the app in the background while I do other things on the phone or tablet. It also allows me to share without it stopping play and there is of course no ads. I have shopped around and Google seems to have the largest amount of songs to be browsed. Paid also allows you do download songs and albums to the device to listen offline.   I like that it allows me to save albums so I can select one and play it all. Several of the others you have to make play lists on mass to do this. This is an auto generated play list that is kind of good. I tend to enjoy 95% of the ones it comes up with to follow something I randomly looked up. You can also just tell it what kind of music you want and you can bet there is an auto generated play list out there.   Eating pizza and a crap pile of crabs all week seem to have done me wrong. This is 3 weeks of being up in a row. After a night of getting up to piddle 9 times, I seem to have dropped 3 lbs. This means at least a bit of the weight this week was water weight. That being said most of it was NOT. Well back to the diet I hope...

 Potato patties with spice on them nuked in the microwave.  Potato mush made in the slow cooker with tomato and veggies even though you can't really see them.  Potato mush with tomatoes, veggies and beef gravy made in the slow cooker. And back to the bean mix for some time to come. Got to get over 3 weeks of eating badly.

It's interesting that I got this, I was just thinking "I've never been to Rederforest" and here is an email saying I haven't logged in in 60 days. What do you know LOL. I guess they want to use your credit card to make intro's for their vlogs or something.
