So far I been sucking at this. This week is a disappointment to say the least but I know I allowed it to happen. I am however, not going to just say "I suck" and give up. Time to get back on track and keep going.
This is what happens when you eat a lot of processed food. It's a double hit to the system. You gain weight from all the fat and carbs that are normally with it and you pack on water weight. My legs feel like bloated pontoons at this moment. My left ankle is an atrocity with this giant sack of fluid on it.
On a positive note I don't actually have money to order in or eat out for the rest of the month so, I have to get back to the normal diet of beans, veggies and chicken. It's going to be nice for a while, so I am going to get out to the park a bit and that should help as well. That is the other hit to the system - I have done no walking in over a month other than what I have to.
Last year was great with around 70lbs lost in total. But I have not been in the right head space and need to get back to it. This "fuck it, I want to have fun" shit can only happen now and then - not for an entire week like this. Not to mention the money I wasted on it. That will be a blog in it's self...
Just take a really big poop, that ought to knock off a couple of pounds, easy!
ReplyDeleteLOL I eat something with 2 kinds of hot peppers and used 800,000 SKU hot sauce on it - so I am waiting for the explosion. After that I will weigh again... HAHA
